Yes. Displayed prices include GST. You receive a GST-compliant invoice after successful payment.

You can retry from Pricing or Subscribe. If money was deducted but plan did not activate, email support@exammitra.com with the Razorpay payment ID — we reconcile via webhook logs.
Yes. After successful payment, a GST invoice is generated and available in your dashboard (and emailed when email delivery is configured).
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store your full card or UPI PIN. Sessions use HTTPS on production.
3-day refund on your first paid plan purchase if usage is under 10% of plan limits. Razorpay gateway fee (~2.36%) is deducted as it is not returned by the payment provider. See Refund Policy for details.
Disable auto-renew from Dashboard if enabled. Access continues until the paid period ends. For refund eligibility, contact Support within the refund window.

Yes. When the timer ends, the mock is auto-submitted. You can also submit early and review the question palette.
Yes, subject to daily/monthly download limits on your plan. Bookmarks and recent files are available in the portal.
Completion certificates may be available for selected quizzes/mocks when enabled. They are practice credentials — not government exam certificates.
Register at /affiliate/register (separate from student signup). Apply as library/coaching/creator, get verified, share your link, and earn commission on successful paid referrals. Minimum UPI payout ₹500.
Libraries: address + phone check. Creators: public channel URL review. Usually within 1–2 business days after complete details.
After admin verification of payout request and UPI transfer. You will see status in the affiliate dashboard; admins mark payouts paid with transaction reference.
