These Terms govern your use of Exam Mitra operated by Cybot-X Technologies Private Limited. By registering or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Exam Mitra provides competitive exam preparation content including current affairs, PDFs, quizzes, mock tests, and Exam Mitra AI-assisted learning delivered via web and WhatsApp.
2. Subscriptions & Pricing
All displayed prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Plans are one-time payments for the stated access period: Demo (free, 7 days), Starter (₹249), Pro (₹399), Elite (₹599), Ultimate (₹999). Feature limits (WhatsApp templates, AI queries, PDFs) are defined per plan at checkout.
3. Acceptable Use
- One account per person; sharing credentials is prohibited
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our content
- Do not abuse Exam Mitra AI for non-educational or harmful purposes
- WhatsApp messages are for personal study use only
4. Exam Mitra AI Disclaimer
AI-generated content is for educational assistance. Verify critical facts against official sources. We do not guarantee selection in any examination.
5. Partner / Affiliate Program
Partners must apply with accurate business details. Commission rates vary by partner type (10–15%). Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts) result in forfeiture of commissions and account suspension. Payouts require minimum balance of ₹500 and valid UPI/bank details.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software are owned by Cybot-X Technologies Private Limited. You receive a limited, non-transferable license during an active subscription.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, exam results, or third-party service outages.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts for Terms violations. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the paid period ends.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
