1. Eligibility
- Applies to first-time paid subscriptions only (Starter, Pro, Elite, or Ultimate) — the Demo plan is free and not refundable
- Request within 3 calendar days of payment
- Usage below 10% of plan limits: WhatsApp messages sent, Exam Mitra queries used, PDFs downloaded
- Demo plan (free): no payment taken — not eligible for refund
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Renewal payments (2nd month onwards)
- Subscriptions after 3-day window
- Accounts suspended for Terms violations
- Partner/affiliate commissions already paid out on your subscription
3. Razorpay & GST on Refunds
When you pay ₹X, Razorpay charges approximately 2.36% (2% platform fee + 18% GST on that fee). This fee is not returned by Razorpay on refunds.

4. How to Request
- Dashboard → Support, or email support@exammitra.com
- Include registered email, payment date, and Razorpay payment ID
- We verify usage and respond within 2 business days
5. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. UPI/card refunds appear per your bank's processing time (typically 5–10 business days).
6. Cancellation
Cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard. No refund for the current billing period after the 3-day window. Access continues until expiry.
